This song is amazing and it is my story. I was lost and He found me, He put me back together and He is amazing. It isn't easy to give up all that we know, but He calls us to a deeper walk, a deeper more centered walk. Are you willing to give it all to Him?

Distractions

Our lives are filled with turmoil and constant motion. The minute that we take our eyes off the prize is the moment that the prize seems so far away. I find taking my eyes off the prize easy to do, but returning my gaze to the prize much more difficult.

Life will be things trying to get in our way, but it is always a constant reminder to ourselves to focus on what is the number one thing to us. When we need to find inner strength, it comes from the core, but who lives in the core of ourselves? That is where the true strength comes from. Don't be afraid to say yes I am weak, but you are my strength, you are my guide and it is in you that I trust. The arm of flesh will fail, but God will always be the same yesterday, today and forever. The battles are different, but what is the same is God.

Take today and see if you are focused on the one that will guide you through the darkness and through the light. He is the only way, if you want hope, He is the true hope, the true peace and there is none like Him.

A Choice

I believe today I believe life is about a choice. It is on an individual level and each of us have to make it or we do not, but if we do not make the choice, where does that leave us?

Now what I am about to say, maybe some will not agree with me, but I believe it more and more every single day. Life is a choice, if we chose to live life full of hate, anger and so on, we will be surrounded in the dread of life. Now if we change our perspective to live life for something greater, it is amazing how much our anger and hate leaves us. It is when we take the choice to bring it to us, that it makes a difference. If I chose to hate someone, that is my choice, but isn't it better not to chose to live and just except people just how they are. The more we chose to live a life full of potential the more potential we will have.

Life is a choice, what kind of life do you want to live? If life is a choice, what else is a choice? I believe that is the answer to so many questions. If we wait for someone else to fill the void that we feel, the void will never be filled, but if we fill the void with the choice that we all have, then will there be a void? No, the void has been filled, but it is my choice to see that. It is my choice to chose to walk and know the truth I know today. It is walking by faith and not by sight, not just in my belief in God, but my belief in so many others things as well.

Love is a choice, some days you will not feel it, but some days it will be overflowing, but the more we search for it, the more we will find emptiness, but the more we except what we have, the more love we will see and feel.

Have you ever noticed, the more you have the more you want, but the more you except what you have is all you will get the more you see how each item is cherished. Cherish what you have, want little and see that the little things will become big things and what you have will be overflowing. Stop searching and start excepting.

Life is a choice, cherish what you have and stop looking for others to fill that void, people can't fill it, but God can. It is your choice and only you can make it. Don't wait until it is to late, make the choice today. Choices, choices, choices... What will your choice be today?

I came to work and this song was one of the first that played. It is so true, it is easy to get busy and to forget whom we need the most. We think that money can fix things or just having our family OK, but the truth is with all of that, we still need God. We need Him to tie it all together, to show us the way, to make it real and not a fake, just take a moment and see where you are. Are you where God wants you? Only you and Him can decide. Is it time to cry out to God for help? Your choices, your decisions can make the difference to what life is.
