This video is so worth the 30 minutes. I hope it comes through.
Through my life I have made countless choices, good, bad, happy, sad and so many more. Some choices we make may not be noticed, but others are plain as day. I want to share with you where I have been and maybe I can help others with the choices they make daily. We love to say we learn things the hard way, but does that have to be the case? I hope others can learn from my failures, my mistakes and just the lessons I have learned.

Real Love in a Christian Relationship
This video is so worth the 30 minutes. I hope it comes through.
Sowing and Reaping
Last night I was wrapping gifts, but as I was wrapping them, I was thinking back about my life and where I am now. I was thinking about how things have been. I will explain a little bit.
Galatians 6:7 (KJV)
"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."
I lived my life a certain way, not thinking of anyone, but myself. I didn't think how my actions would affect others, I didn't live the very true bible verse Matthew 7:12 (NIV)"So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." I didn't say that, it is in the Bible. God gave us His word as a gift, it is a light to show us the way. Are we willing to learn from it?
My life was full of myself, I was entangled with doing things for me and in that I paid the price, I didn't reap anything, but being alone, pain and hurt. I brought it on myself with the way I conducted myself, it is no one fault but my own.
Today I thank God for the gift of His grace, because I am here before you a new man. He saved me from how I once was, how it was all about me, what I wanted and has changed me. I am so thankful that I am here today with a new chance to do life right, to do marriage right, to love the way Jesus has taught me to love, to teach and to grow. He gave me a gift when He sent His son Jesus here to earth to be born, to walk as we walk and then to die for my sins, so that I may find freedom in Him, so that I may be able to be the man I am today. He didn't just come for me, He came for you too, what are you sowing? How are you treating others?

Christmas Time
It is that time of year again, everyone is busy rushing from this place to that place, worried about all they have to do to get ready for the big day. The day of preparation, buying, wrapping and worry about what to get everyone. Have you ever noticed how many people are in the stores, they are focused on the very task of getting what they need, but they miss out on the very things that could bring meaning to this time of the year.
What is the reason for the season? Is it about the big man in the red suit? Is he really the reason for the season? Maybe it is time to think about who sent us the gift originally.
God sent us His Son Jesus, He was born on Christmas to bring us hope, to bring us a new life, a new meaning.
If you are busy rushing into and out of stores, busy with your own things, remember that Christmas is not about us, but about the birth, the celebration of Jesus's birth. When someone cuts in front of you, or cuts you off ask yourself what would Jesus do. Isn't it time to start mirroring His actions?
Have a blessed day and remember God sent us the ultimate gift by sending Jesus here to be born, to live and then to die for our salvation. It is the grace of God. Jesus is the reason for the season and if you are searching for the joy, remember this very simple thing.

Great Are You Lord
"Great Are You Lord"
You give life, You are love
You bring light to the darkness
You give hope, You restore
Every heart that is broken
Great are You, Lord
It's Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise
We pour out our praise
It's Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise
To You only
You give life, You are love
You bring light to the darkness
You give hope, You restore
Every heart that is broken
Great are You, Lord
It's Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise
We pour out our praise
It's Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise
To You only
[x2]
All the earth will shout
Your praise
Our hearts will cry
These bones will sing
Great are You, Lord
[x3]
It's Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise
We pour out our praise
It's Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise
To You only

God has given us the ability to make choices to make mistakes, but He has taught us about grace and the grace to walk each day to serve Him to praise Him. He came to the earth to free us from ourselves, it is our choice to allow Him to do that or to keep making the same choices that bring us to the same conclusions. They say that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Today is about doing it God's way and allowing His grace to cover us. He continues to teach us, it comes down to our choice if we want to learn.

I am so thankful that He has not given up on me, that He continues to teach me each day and I want to learn, to grow and to learn what He teaches me, because it is in that, that makes me more of the man I am today.
The enemy comes to rob, steal and destroy, but Jesus has come and has set us free. Are we going to allow the enemy to win or are we going to walk in the freedom that Jesus has given us? The enemy says we can't do it, we can't change, but Jesus says that we can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us. The enemy is the one that feeds us lies, but Jesus is the way the truth and the light.
Jesus is the only way and if you want freedom from all the lies, seek ye first the kingdom of God and all His righteousness. For what you seek you shall find, are you willing to seek God first?
