I am creating this blog, to follow my life. The changes, the effects, both positive and negative. We go through life not knowing which way is up and most of the time the help we look for is not their and we search for it in the wrong places. Who am I to say what the right place is for you, but I want to share with others where I found the answers and the answers I found. I don't know if anyone will find this blog, but if anyone does, it may be helpful for you as it is has been a life journey for me.

My life journey has lasted several years and the pitfalls that we experience may not be identical, but may be similar. Books you have to buy, but posting here is free. Life is not about me, nor does my past define who I am today, it just reminds me of where I don't want to go again.
