Monday Thoughts

Trust starts with trusting, just the same way that we learn by doing, if we learn to be bad by doing, we continue to learn that role in our lives, but if we turn it around then we are able to stand strong, to allow God. We have to allow God, it has to be His way and not mine, and it has to be His will and not my own. It has to be about God and not about myself, the sooner we learn that, the sooner we are able to allow Him to take the lead. It is total trust in the one that made us, not just on the easy things, but on all things. We have to be willing to surrender everything to Him, it can’t be just what I want, but in every case what God wants. We can’t second guess God otherwise we second guess where we are at and that gets us to doubting and that is when failure take hold. It isn't about my will, but God’s will. It isn't about what I want, but what God wants. It isn't about mirroring others actions, but mirroring God’s love and being the person God calls us to be, if we aren't willing to mirror God, how then are we able to shine His light? Not through our actions on our own, we will surely fail, but if we allow God He will guide us and allow us to grow and to change, but if we continue to say my way, we will not learn or grow, we will stay right where we are at, because we are stubborn.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results. If we are failing to grow and to change, well look in the mirror are you doing the same thing over and over again hoping that something will change? Change starts with you, are you willing to allow God to change you are you willing to trust Him no matter what? If you are, then do it and stop being insane expecting things to happen differently. God will change you, but you have to trust Him, you have to see what He is doing and trust Him completely, not just 99%, but all the way, if you are unable to trust Him then you must ask yourself why?

Change starts with you, what are you willing to do?
